It started with a personal journey. One of our founders watched his mother face sarcoidosis, a rare autoimmune disease. Doctors offered medications, but what made the biggest difference wasn’t a prescription — it was food.
By cutting out processed products and hidden harmful ingredients, and focusing on clean, nourishing foods, she not only managed her condition — she fully healed.That experience changed everything. It showed us how powerful food choices can be. If food choices could transform one life so profoundly, then millions of others deserved the same clarity.
